About our company

IZOL-PLASTIK company is from the outset centred on development, manufacturing and trade with waterproofing materials and protective coating systems and also its application. Further we run Tennis CLUB CLASSIC - www.clubclassic.cz  and promote a festival of the spanish culture IBERICA www.iberica.cz.

History

• The IZOL-PLASTIK company was established in 1990, and followed up the original production technology of water-proofing materials provided by the companies Izolační závody and Teplotechna Brno.
• The team of engineers headed by Dr. Popelka, the inventor and author of patents, who developed the production line, and the professional application groups operating throughout the territory of the Czech and the Slovak Republics formed the company basis.
  
• The technology of our company, which is based on plastics and elastomers, was developed using the Czechoslovak inventions and patents as a water-proofing material of flat roofs marketed under the trade name PLASTONIT as back as the early seventieth.
• In the early ninetieth, our company adopted the original technology and began to develop its own viable programs based on the water-proofing compounds for flat roofs repair and protective coating systems for protection of steel structures. From the beginning of its until now the company has applied this technology to an area covering more than 1 million square meters.

Today

IZOL-PLASTIK is a globally unique company. We can convert DMT (dimethyltherephtalate) waste resins into durable, useful products. DMT waste resins are a byproduct of the synthetic textile industry. In present, the company is concentrated on new areas of application of its products both in power and other industries while using subcontractors. At the same time we are establishing own dealers´ network throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.

Having focused on the area of coating systems the company has developed a protective coating system (PCS) that is based on plastics with high durability. This unique technology that creates a flexible protective layer on the surface of rusted steel structures with excellent adhesion and elasticity, and high weather resistance. These systems have successfully passed not only the stringent laboratory testing but also been applied in the field for a long time, especially in power and other industries.

As the latest product of PCS we have invented ANTIPOSTER. This anti-flyposting technology is applied in the protection of all types of street, fictures such as utility poles, street lights and all types of utility boxes (telephone, gas, cable and electric etc...). It is very demanded by municipalities and utility companies to combat flyposting.
